In conjunction with our gallery show The Yoga Sutras & Jainism, Amit and Shaily Jain joined us in the gallery to guide us through a session of Arham Dhyan Yog. 

Arham Dhyan Yog utilizes contemplative techniques that address the whole person at a physical as well as a subtle level. Participants at UNT got the chance to explore Arham Dhyan Yog while surrounded by the artwork from Book Two of Melissa Townsend's series The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali—A Visual Meditation. The session was led by Amit Jain, who is a certified Arham Dhyan Yog instructor, and his spouse Shaily.
